Skyy gym is great for everyone.  Men, women, teenagers and kids.  You DO NOT have to know how to box, you only need the willingness to learn!  Coach Jay will personally train you everyday on form and technique.  It's ok if you never want to compete, but just want to learn boxing for fun and fitness.  The only equipment that you will need to purchase is a mouthpiece and handwraps that can be picked up at Academy for $10, everything else is provided.  You can start anytime you would like, remember that dues for the month are expected at the first of every month and if you choose to start in the middle of a month, dues will be due again at the beginning of the next month.  The best way to find out if you would like to box is to come down to the gym and watch yourself!  Come see us in Northport!
